The Services are designed for business-to-business ("B2B") use. This Policy applies to information collected from business representatives, authorized users, Suppliers, and Buyers who interact with the platform.
2. Information We Collect
Business and Account Information
- Company name, registration number, business address, and industry;
- Authorized representative name, job title, business email, and phone number;
- Tax identification information (e.g., EIN or equivalent), where required for transactions or compliance.
Verification and Compliance Information
- Know-your-business (KYB) and beneficial ownership information;
- Export control and sanctions-screening information, including declared end-use and end-user details for certain Products.
Transaction Information
- Order history, quotes, invoices, payment records, and shipping details;
- Communications exchanged through the platform between Buyers and Suppliers.
Technical and Usage Information
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data, and platform usage analytics collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not knowingly collect information from individual consumers for personal, family, or household purposes, as the Services are intended solely for business use.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Facilitate transactions between Buyers and Suppliers;
- Perform identity verification, KYB, and export/sanctions compliance screening;
- Process payments and coordinate logistics;
- Communicate with you regarding your Account, orders, or updates to our terms;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Use;
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Suppliers and Buyers, to the extent necessary to facilitate a specific transaction;
- Payment processors and financial institutions, to process payments;
- Logistics and shipping providers, to coordinate delivery;
- Compliance and screening providers, for KYB, sanctions, and export-control screening purposes;
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit), as necessary;
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law or in response to a valid legal request;
- Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

As Veyrova facilitates transactions between businesses located in different countries, information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
